Julian was born in the San Francisco Bay area and moved with his family to Bethesda, MD where he attended Walt Whitman High School. He spent the summers of 2013 and 2014 interning with Michael Schaeffer and was exposed to all aspects of the real estate business.

Upon graduating from University of North Carolina - Greensborough in 2015 with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, Julian started his real estate career working with Michael Schaeffer. He quickly learned all aspects of the real estate business and had become an integral member of the Gary + Michael Real Estate Team.
